This month we will be creating reviews for our favorite teen books to share on our Teen Space wall. Supplies will be provided. Earn one service hour, enjoy snacks, and make a difference!

Come in from the cold, and join us in welcoming Hawaiian Hula School, Halau i Ka Pona from Chicago! Dancers will perform ancient and modern Hula with audience participation.

Children will serve as jurors to vote for the best illustrated picture book from the past year.  This is a series, children must sign up for both events, January 5th and January 19th. Celebration pizza party afterwards!

In this class, a licensed physical therapist will review results of research studies on the effects of sitting. Three common sitting posture faults and exercises to address these faults will be presented.

Make new friends, talk about books, and enjoy fun group activities inspired by Henry Heckelbeck Gets a Dragon, the first book in our series. Pick up a copy at the Circulation Desk.

Drop by the LAB with your own knitting, crochet, cross-stich, embroidery, or other portable project and socialize with others who share similar interests.  All experience levels welcome, however, no formal lessons are provided.
