Meet the talented local young artists behind the artwork displayed throughout the library during March in celebration of Youth Art Month.

We need YOU to tutor K-12 students at the library's Study Buddy Homework Center. Help others learn and earn community service hours- no registration needed! Just visit the Youth Department during center hours when you're available. 

Need help with homework or looking to enhance your math or reading skills? Look no further! Drop by the Youth Department during center hours and connect with a friendly high school study buddy–no registration required!

Learn to use the library's button makers to make your own free button, magnet, or keychain. Graphics will be provided.

Volunteers grades 6-12 are needed to help as chess mentors for the library's Youth Chess Club. Email Robin, reyman@phpl.info if this is your first time volunteering at the library. 

Drop-in to the Quilting Club. All ability levels welcome from beginner to expert. Please note there will not be any formal lessons. Bring your own sewing machines and projects. We provide the space...you provide the FUN!!

This month we will be decorating Easter eggs to donate to Fill A Heart 4 Kids for their Easter baskets for foster children. Supplies will be provided. Earn one service hour, enjoy snacks, and make a difference!

Make a magical forest setting to fit right between the books on your shelf! All materials provided, but feel free to bring small items from home to give it your own personal touch!

Drop by the LAB with your own knitting, crochet, cross-stich, embroidery, or other portable project and socialize with others who share similar interests.  All experience levels welcome, however, no formal lessons are provided.

Learn how to use Tinkercad and create something to 3D print at our awesome Lab!

Come to the Lab and get creative. Supplies will be available for you to have fun and get crafty. 

This program will teach you the concepts behind 3D printing, where you can find 3D prints, how to get them printed at the Library, and even where you can learn to make your own 3D prints! For ages 13 and up.
