Make new friends, talk about books, and enjoy fun group activities inspired by The Ember Stone, the first book in our series. Pick up a copy at the Circulation Desk.

Drop by the LAB with your own knitting, crochet, cross-stich, embroidery, or other portable project and socialize with others who share similar interests.  All experience levels welcome, however, no formal lessons are provided.

Cool off with a variety of engaging self-exploratory activities featuring yoga, sensory play, collage craft, and playdough stations, and more! 

Help kids create festive, personalized placemats that we’ll laminate for them to take home as keepsakes! Volunteers will assist with crafts, restocking supplies, and light cleanup. Snacks and fun included!
