Like good cheese? Ever thought about making it yourself? Mark Lyons, an experienced home cheesemaker, will show you how! In this program, you'll learn about the ingredients, equipment and techniques for making your own cheese. Mark will also demonstrate how to make a simple soft cheese - plus you will also get a chance to sample some of his homemade cheeses.
