With a huge continent to conquer, America will use the growth of Railroads to not only drive business growth but provide the ways and means of Manifest Destiny.  John Moore discusses the first railroad in America in 1830, and by the Civil War 1860 Railroads will be the path of Civilization not rivers.

John Moore will be presenting in the Library.
