With his landslide re-election in 1936, FDR deals with the Supreme Court which has struck down several important New Deal programs. Join John Moore and learn about FDR’s plan to add new members of the Supreme Court who would sway in his favor. But he suffers a huge defeat in the face of backlash from the American public.
