Join conservationist Dr. Allison Sacerdote-Velat for her special live Zoom presentation: Conserving the Cold and Scaly: Wildlife Conservation Research & Community Science at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum of the Chicago Academy of Sciences

Learn about the wildlife conservation research and community science programs at the Chicago Academy of Sciences, focused on the region’s amphibians, reptiles, and insects. Discover how the Academy uses data from its volunteer biodiversity monitoring programs, as well as from its natural history collections, to inform wildlife conservation efforts focused on regionally imperiled species.

Dr Sacerdote-Velat will be presenting virtually on Zoom. Please join us in the library for a Zoom watch party, or at home on Zoom.
