The Mayo Clinic states that coloring can help folks relieve stress, promote mindfulness and add enjoyment to their day. Supplies will be provided but feel free to bring your own coloring sheets, pencils, markers, & more. Stop by to color, listen to relaxing music, enjoy treats, and build a creative community!
