Event Details

One hundred and sixty minutes: that is all the time rescuers had before the largest ship in the world slipped beneath the icy Atlantic. Join author William Hazelgrove as he shares from his newest book, One Hundred and Sixty Minutes: The Race to Save the RMS Titanic. Learn about the amazing heroism and astounding incompetence in the race to rescue the Titanic, as more than 28 ships raced to her rescue rescue and the two telegraph operators who made any hope of rescue possible.

Our speaker will be in the Library’s event room presenting this program. We will still continue to offer attending programs virtually via Zoom.
