A myriad of diets exists, but did you know they fall into three main categories?  Registered dietician nutritionist, Carol Amendola D’Anca teaches us how to quickly identify them, how to know which are sustainable, and how to make the best decision for you.

Carol also shares a short travelogue from her recent travels to a culture that enjoys exceptional health and longevity. Learn ways on how they do it!

About Carol: Carol Amendola D’Anca, registered dietician nutritionist, Carol Amendola D’Anca, is licensed in the state of IL (164.006080) and certified as a nutrition specialist. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University of Health and Science/The Chicago Medical School.

Her approach to health and longevity is a “whole health” approach with proven solutions that work.

Mask Procedure

Any individual who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering (a mask or cloth face-covering) shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain a six-foot social distance.  Face-coverings are required in public indoor spaces.
