Event Details

Reader’s Theater is a simplified theater. No memorization! Practice dramatic reading and play fun theater games! We will focus on improving fluency while building confidence and prepare for your culminating performance the final week. Open to readers in grade 2-5. 

PLEASE NOTE: You are registering for all four weeks!

We are sorry, but we will only allow entrance to this program up to ten minutes past its scheduled start time.

Mask Procedure

Any individual who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering (a mask or cloth face-covering) shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain a six-foot social distance.  Face-coverings are required in public indoor spaces.

Photo and Video Policy

We remind visitors to the Prospect Heights Public Library that attendance at programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed or videotaped for Library purposes. If you or your child do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, please notify staff.

Youth Attendance Procedure

Doors will open at the scheduled published start time. Those on the waiting list may be admitted to the program 10 minutes after the published start time of the program if space is available.
