Come enjoy the relaxing music of the MacArthur Middle School Serenading Strings under the direction of Mrs. Susan Blaese. This select group of 7th and 8th grade orchestra students will perform a variety of music including a variety of music including The Phantom of the Opera, Memory from Cats, and Canon in D by Johann Pachelbel. The Serenading Strings play regularly for school events, community dinners and other gatherings, where a "lighter style" of music adds a classy atmosphere.
