 On this Fat Tuesday we take a look at the special foods and treats used to celebrate Mardi Gras, St.Patrick's Day, Easter and Passover in decades past with avid Cookbook collector, author and librarian Amy Alessio. Amy shares her knowledge of unusual and traditional favorites for these beloved spring holidays and shares samples of four treats including King Cake. Everyone will leave with a packet of recipes to make your own Vintage Spring Holiday recipes.
