 Celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Cook County Forest Preserves with this video tour that takes you beyond the picnic groves and introduces you to the flora and fauna all around you. Learn about the benefits of nature, the impact of open land to our quality of life and what lies ahead in the next century for the one of the oldest and largest forest preserve systems in the nation. Kristin DaPra and John McCabe from the Forest Preserves of Cook County will be here to give an introduction to the film. This program is co-sponsored with the Prospect Heights Natural Resources Commission.
